§ 130.60 FIREARMS; DISCHARGING.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful to discharge any firearms or air gun in the village. This section shall not be construed to prohibit any officer of the law from discharging a firearm in the performance of his or her duty or any citizen from discharging a firearm when lawfully defending his or her person or property.
