5.80.260 Other persons dealing in secondhand personal property.

Any person who receives secondhand personal property for resale (other than as a trade-in on new personal property) shall comply with the provisions of Sections 5.80.200, 5.80.220, 5.80.230 and 5.80.240 of this code. (Prior code § 28.03.038)
