5.80.200   Holding period.
   No secondhand property purchased by any pawnbroker or secondhand dealer shall be resold for a period of ten (10) days from receipt of the property. No secondhand property purchased by any junk dealer shall be removed from his principal place of business for a period of forty-eight (48) hours from receipt of the property. (Prior code § 28.03.032)
