5.80.230 Tagging property.

Any pawnbroker or secondhand dealer receiving any article or merchandise in pawn, by purchase, taking in trade or on consignment shall affix to the article a tag which shall contain a number that shall correspond to the transaction number on the reporting form. (Prior code § 28.03.035)
