(A) Any person, firm or corporation digging, excavating or tunneling through or under any of the city streets, alleys, pavements or other public property without having first secured in advance of such undertaking the proper permit as herein required or any person, firm or corporation failing to comply with §§ 95.02, 95.03 or 95.20 through 95.23 inclusive, requiring replacement of dirt, and the stones and the firm packing of the same as stated shall be deemed to have violated the provisions of those sections and upon conviction therefor shall be fined in a sum not less than $500 and not more than $2,500 for each separate offense.
(B) Upon conviction of a violation of § 95.02, the guilty party shall be fined a sum of $150 for each separate offense, and shall be responsible for costs of repairs, and expenses incurred by the city as a result of their action.

(C) Any person violating any of the provisions of § 95.04 shall be fined in any sum not less than $1 nor more than $25.

(D) Any person who shall violate any of the provisions of § 95.06 upon conviction shall be fined, forfeit and pay to the city a penalty of not less than $25 nor more than $500.
(E) Each day of violation of § 95.08 shall constitute a separate violation and offense. Each violation shall be subject to a fine not to exceed $500 per violation.
