(A) Obstruction of sidewalks prohibited. Any person, firm or corporation who shall obstruct any sidewalk in the city with wood, coal, boxes, barrels, kegs, lumber, signs, wares, agricultural implements, merchandise, or other materials, is in violation of this section.
(B) Exceptions. This section shall not prohibit loading and unloading merchandise or other articles required to be carried or transported over and across any sidewalk or the placing of seats on sidewalks as approved by the Code Enforcement Officer.
