§ 95.04 INTERFERENCE WITH PUBLIC IMPROVEMENT CONSTRUCTION PROHIBITED.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any person or persons to purposely and knowingly walk, or drive any animal or vehicle upon, over or across any street, alley, sidewalk, sewer, or other public improvement in the city, while the improvement is under process of construction by a public contractor under a contract with the city and while the work is in an unfinished condition, in such manner as to injure or damage the same.

   (B)   It shall be unlawful for any person to interfere with the work of any individual or firm of public contractors while engaged in the construction of any street, alley, sidewalk, sewer or other public improvement in the city, under any contract with the city, in such manner as to injure or damage the work or improvement.
