1315.01 PERMIT REQUIRED.
   Before construction or installation of sanitary sewer, plumbing, drainage or other necessary fixtures, the contractor or builder shall obtain a permit.

1315.02 FEES.
   Plumbing permit fees shall be as follows:
   (a)    Minimum for new house:

   (b)   The following shall be considered as having the indicated number of fixtures:

   (c)   Each unit of a multiple family unit is considered separately.

1315.03 INSPECTIONS; FEES.
   The plumbing inspection fees shall be as follows:
   (a)   Ten dollars ($10.00) for one rough inspection and ten dollars ($10.00) for one finish inspection. The materials and labor for the tests shall be furnished by the plumber.
   (b)   The contractor or builder shall pay the City ten dollars ($10.00) for each additional inspection after one rough and one finish inspection which may be necessary on account of defective construction.
   (c)   A fee of ten dollars ($10.00) for each additional inspection is required or requested on account of defective work.
   (d)   The contractor or builder shall correct defective construction and request an inspection before proceeding with construction or permitting the use of any fixtures or drainage.
