POLICE DEPARTMENT
§ 2-2-1 ESTABLISHMENT.
   The Chief of Police, together with any peace officers subordinate to him or her, and the administrative personnel of his or her office, shall be known as the “Police Department”.

§ 2-2-2 DEPARTMENT SUPERVISION.
   The Mayor shall have charge of and supervision over the Police Department. He or she shall require the enforcement of and the observance of all ordinances that regulate the management and discipline of the Police Department.
