§ 2-2-24 ADOPTION OF GENERAL LAW.
   The provisions of the laws of the State of Montana relating to fire departments of cities and firefighter’s retirement or disability funds, the management thereof, and the power given to the Mayor and Council relating thereto, shall govern the organization, management and control of the Fire Department and members thereof.
