§ 2-2-23 FALSE FIRE ALARMS PROHIBITED.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to send in, sound or in any manner give or cause to be given or sounded, a fire alarm within the city mischievously, maliciously or without any justifiable cause of reason to believe that there is danger of fire; and it shall be unlawful for any person to refuse admittance to the Chief of the Fire Department, while performing his or her duties, into any building or upon any premises; and it shall be unlawful for any person to obstruct, impede, delay or in any manner interfere with the Fire Department or any of its members when in the performance of their duties, or in any manner interfere with or damage any of the fire apparatus belonging to the city.
