§ 39.01 FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT ADOPTED BY REFERENCE.
   The President and Board of Trustees adopt a policy governing compliance with the "Illinois Freedom of Information Act" by reference as fully as if set out at length herein.

§ 39.02 RECORD REQUESTS.
   The Village Manager is authorized and directed to prepare a short statement explaining to members of the general public where records may be requested and to whom records may be requested.
