Such notice of appeal should be filed within fourteen days of your receipt of this letter. In submitting your notice of appeal, you should include copies of your original request and this denial, and state any reasons why your appeal should be granted. If the decision to deny your request for disclosure was made by the head of a public body, you have the right to appeal the decision of the head of the public body of the Circuit Court of this county under Section 11 under the Freedom of Information Act.
