§ 35.03 PREPARATION OF PLANS.
   It shall be the duty of the Village Engineer to prepare a plan or profile of the proposed work or public improvement, ordered by the Trustees, with specifications for the construction of the same, which shall be kept on file in his or her office, and be open to the inspection of village officers and other persons interested therein.
