878.07 TERM OF LICENSE; LICENSE RENEWAL.

(a) The term of junk scavenger licenses issued under this Chapter shall be for one year beginning one year beginning January 1 as provided by Section 802.08 of the Business Regulation Code.

(b) License renewal shall be made as provided by Section 802.16 of the Business Regulation Code.
