Ordinance 766, passed May 27, 1992, provided for dedications of school lands, or for payment of fees in lieu thereof, by subdividers and developers. Copies of this ordinance may be obtained, at cost, at the Village Hall.
Ordinance 1175, passed March 22, 2004, provided for a village residential disclosure statement for residential dwellings in subdivisions and planned unit developments.
Ordinance 1226, passed July 11, 2005 provided for a good faith estimate of real estate taxes.

EDITOR’S NOTE: A Zoning Code for the Village was enacted by Ordinance 382, passed January 23, 1973. It was re-enacted in its entirety by Ordinance 754, passed November 11, 1991 and by Ordinance 1605, passed December 14, 2015.
