All licenses under this Title Two of Part Eight - the Business Regulation and Taxation Code, are subject to this Code and other ordinances and regulations of the Village, which may be in force at the time of the issuance thereof or during the period covered by the license. If any such licensee violates any of the provisions of this Title Two, he or she may, at the discretion of the President of the Board of Trustees or by resolution of the Board, have his or her license revoked or suspended, in addition to the penalty prescribed for such violation.
