(a) Except as provided in subsections (b) and (c) hereof, whoever violates or fails to comply with any of the provisions of this chapter shall be given a citation notifying him or her of the violation and informing him or her that he or she shall pay personally or by mail at the office of the Village Clerk, the sum of ten dollars ($10.00) if paid within ten days after receipt of such citation, or the sum of thirteen dollars ($13.00) if paid within forty-five days after receipt of such citation. A separate offense shall be deemed committed each day during or on which a violation or noncompliance occurs or continues. If more than one violation occurs within a ninety-day period, the sum due within ten days shall be twenty-five dollars ($25.00) for the second offense, thirty-five dollars ($35.00) for the third offense and fifty dollars ($50.00) for every offense thereafter within such ninety days. If such violation is not paid within ten days, five dollars ($5.00) shall be added to each sum.

(b) Whoever fails to comply with Section 1060.035(b) or (c) shall be fined not more than ten dollars ($10.00) for a first offense and not more than fifty dollars ($50.00) for any subsequent offense.

(c) Whoever violates any of the provisions of Section 1060.14 shall be subject to one or more of the following penalties:
(1) A fine of not less than fifty dollars ($50.00) nor more than five hundred dollars ($500.00);
(2) An order of restitution; or
(3) An order to clean up and correct the harm and damage caused by the violation.
