(a) The term of massage business licenses issued under this chapter is for one year beginning January 1, as provided by Section 802.08 of the Villages’ Business Regulation Code and incorporated herein.
(b) All license fees shall be paid as provided by Section 802.08. The license application fee and the annual license renewal fee for a massage business license shall be two hundred dollars ($200.00). All applicable license fees and any other required fees, including costs of fingerprinting, shall be paid prior to the issuance of any license.
(c) License renewal shall be made as provided by Section 802.16.
(d) A license may be revoked for failure to pay the license fee, as provided by Section 802.15.
