(a) The term of licenses issued under this chapter is for one year beginning January 1, as provided by Section 802.08 of the Village's Business Regulation Code and incorporated herein.
(b) All license fees shall be paid as provided by Section 802.08 of the Business Regulation Code and incorporated herein. All applicable license fees and any other required fees, including costs of fingerprinting, shall be paid prior to the issuance of any license.
(c) License renewal shall be made as provided by Section 802.16 of the Business Regulation Code and incorporated herein.
(d) A license may be revoked for failure to pay the license fee, as provided by Section 802.15 of the Business Regulation Code and incorporated herein.
(e) A business duly licensed under this Chapter 845 shall not be required to obtain a separate business license under the provisions of Chapter 802.
