Pursuant to G.S. § 160A-373, no final plat of a subdivision within the jurisdiction of the town as established in § 152.005 of this chapter shall be recorded by the Register of Deeds of the county until it has been approved by the Town Board as provided herein. To secure such approval of a final plat, the subdivider shall follow the procedures established in this subchapter.
