§ 152.004 AUTHORITY.
    This chapter is hereby adopted under the authority and provisions of G.S. Ch. 160D.

§ 152.005 JURISDICTION.
    The regulations contained herein, as provided in G.S. Ch. 160D, Art. 8, shall govern each and every subdivision within the town.

§ 152.006 PREREQUISITE TO PLAT RECORDATION.
    After the effective date of this chapter, each individual subdivision plat of land within the town’s jurisdiction shall be approved by the Town Board.
