§ 240.01 PURPOSE.
   The Community Improvement Corporation is hereby designated as the agency of the city responsible for the industrial, economic, civic, commercial, distribution and research development of the city.

§ 240.02 APPROVAL AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT.
   The form of agreement prepared by the Community Improvement Corporation and submitted to Council, which agreement, upon due execution by both parties thereto, shall constitute the plan of industrial, economic, civic, commercial, distribution and research development for the city, is hereby approved and confirmed. The Mayor and City Auditor are hereby authorized and directed to execute such agreement on behalf of the city. A copy of such agreement is attached to original Ordinance 75-63.
