A. Right Of Entry: Upon finding that the condition of the property constitutes a detriment or hazard as specified in section 4-4-3 of this chapter, and that the property would be benefited by the removal of such conditions, the agents of the city are granted the right of entry on the property to remove trash, mow weeds or grass, and perform necessary duties as a governmental function.
B. City Supervision Or Letting Of Bids: The work ordered to be performed under section 4-4-4 of this chapter may be done by the employees of the city under supervision of the city, or it may be let by contract in the manner for letting other contracts. (1990 Code § 8-105)
