(A) Abandoned motor vehicles. Upon conviction for violation of any provisions of §§ 99.01 through 99.08 relating to the maintaining of a public nuisance as described herein or in permitting or allowing the public nuisance to exist, the violator shall be punished by a fine of not exceeding $200 and each day that the nuisance shall continue after the time for abatement as herein set out shall constitute a separate offense.
(B) Noise.
(2) (a) A violation of any provision of § 99.22 shall be a misdemeanor offense and upon conviction thereof a person shall be fined no less than $100 and not more than the maximum fine of $500 permitted under applicable law and such person shall be deemed guilty of a separate offense for each and every day or portion thereof in which the violation is continued or permitted.
(b) The local code enforcement and law agency are authorized to issue citations for any violations of § 99.22.
(C) Open burning. Any person, firm or corporation violating any provision of § 99.35 on conviction be fined in any sum not less than $10 nor more than $200.
(D) Refrigerator. Any person who shall omit or refuse to comply with, or who violates any of the provisions of § 99.50 shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be fined in any sum not to exceed $200 for each offense, and each day a violation shall exist shall constitute a separate offense.
