§ 99.50 PROHIBITION.
   From and after the effective date of this subchapter, it shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation within the corporate limits of the city to abandon, store or junk any refrigerator, ice box, cold storage box, deep freeze or any container having attached or affixed to the door thereon a spring lock or latch fastener or lock that permits the opening of the door from the outside only, without first removing the door from the refrigerator, ice box, cold storage box, deep freeze or container so abandoned, stored or junked. Provided that this provision shall not apply or be deemed to apply to any refrigerator, ice box, cold storage box, deep freeze or container, new or used, stored inside of stores or the warehouse thereof offered for sale and not accessible to children at play.
