§ 92.17 CRIMINAL OFFENSE.
   It shall be unlawful and a criminal offense for any person to:
   (A)   Damage, destroy or remove a sand dune or portion of sand dune seaward of the dune protection line, as prohibited in § 92.06 herein;
   (B)   Kill, destroy or remove in any manner any vegetation growing on a sand dune seaward of the dune protection line, as prohibited in § 92.06 herein;
   (C)   Cause, engage in or allow construction activity on land adjacent to and landward of the public beach in the area designated in § 92.06(B) of this chapter without first having been properly issued a beachfront construction certificate by the city, as prohibited in § 92.06 herein;
   (D)   Cause, engage in or allow construction activity in any area of public beach or state-owned beach, as prohibited in § 92.06 herein;
   (E)   Violate any term or condition of a dune protection permit or beachfront construction certificate required and issued under § 92.08 herein;
   (F)   Knowingly attempt to diminish, restrict, inhibit, lessen or close any established pedestrian public beach access way or route without first obtaining the appropriate permit or certificate from the city;
   (G)   Knowingly violate any other provision of this chapter; or
   (H)   Violate any state laws incorporated by § 92.02 of this chapter.
