§ 90.25 REVOCATION OF ALARM PERMIT.
   (A)   The Chief shall revoke an alarm permit if he or she determines that:
      (1)   There is a false statement of a material matter in the application for a permit;
      (2)   The permit holder has violated §§ 90.17, 90.18, 90.19, 90.20, 90.21 or 90.23; and
      (3)   The permit holder has failed to make timely payment of a service fee assessed under § 90.24.
   (B)   A person commits an offense if he or she operates an alarm system during the period in which his or her alarm permit is revoked.
