§ 90.19 INDIRECT ALARM REPORTING.
   A person who is engaged in the business of relaying alarm notifications to the Police Department of the city shall:
   (A)   Report alarms only over special trunk lines designated by the Chief; and
   (B)   Communicate alarm notifications to the Police Department in a manner and form determined by the Chief.
