§ 91.15 WIND-POWERED GENERATORS.

   No device of any kind which may be used to generate power by use of the wind shall be erected or constructed within the city limits. Any violation of this section shall be punished by the general penalty provision of the municipal code.

§ 91.16 SATELLITE DISH RECEIVERS.

   No satellite dish receiver antenna of any kind shall be placed in the front yard of any lawn within the city limits. For the purposes of this section only, front lawns shall be defined as that portion of the yard between the residence and any main street within the city limits.

§ 91.99 PENALTY.

   (A)   Whoever violates any provision of this chapter for which no penalty is otherwise provided, shall be fined not less than $35 nor more than $500 for each offense. ('72 Code, § 11.020) (Ord. passed 7-15-85)

   (B)   Whoever violates the provisions of §§ 91.01 and 91.05 shall be fined not less than $5 nor more than $200 for each offense. Each day's violation shall constitute a separate offense.

   (C)   Any liquor licensee found guilty of violating any provision of this chapter shall be fined not less than $100 or more than $750 per occurrence. (Ord. 13-11, passed 11-18-13)
