EMPLOYEES' RETIREMENT SYSTEM*

2.52.010 AUTHORIZATION OF CONTRACT.

   A contract between the City Council of Pinole and the Board of Administration, California State Employees' Retirement System is authorized, a copy of the contract being attached to the ordinance codified in this chapter, marked Exhibit A and on file in the city clerk's office, and by such reference made a part of this chapter as though set out in full in this chapter. (Ord. 228 § 1, 1966).

2.52.020 EXECUTION OF CONTRACT BY MAYOR.

   The mayor is authorized, empowered and directed to execute the contract for and on behalf of said agency. (Ord. 228 § 2, 1966).

2.52.030 AMENDMENT OF CONTRACT.

   An amendment to the contract between the city of Pinole and the Board of Administration, California Public Employees' Retirement System, is authorized, a copy of the amendment being attached to the ordinance codified in this Sections 2.52.030 and 2.52.040, marked Exhibit A and by such reference made a part of this chapter as though herein set out in full. (Ord. 465 § 1, 1984).

2.52.040 EXECUTION OF AMENDMENT.

   The mayor of the city of Pinole is authorized, empowered and directed to execute the amendment for and on behalf of said agency. (Ord. 465 § 2, 1984).
