10.04.010 DEFINITIONS OF WORDS AND PHRASES.
   The words and phrases defined in this chapter, when used in this title, shall, for the purpose of this title, have the meanings respectively ascribed to them in this chapter. (Ord. 432 § 2 (part), 1982).
10.04.020 MOTOR VEHICLE CODE DEFINITIONS TO BE USED.
   Whenever any words or phrases used in this title are not defined, but are defined in the Vehicle Code of the state and amendments thereto, such definitions shall apply. (Ord. 432 § 2 (part), 1982).
