§ 130.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person, firm, or corporation violating any of the provisions of any section of this chapter for which no other penalty is provided, or failing or neglecting, or refusing to comply with same, shall, upon conviction, be guilty of a Class 3 misdemeanor and subject to a fine not to exceed $100 or imprisonment not to exceed 60 days, and each day that any of the provisions of this chapter are violated shall constitute a separate offense.

   (B)   Any person violating any of the provisions and restrictions of § 130.08 shall be guilty of committing a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, shall be fined not more than $50 or sentenced to jail for 30 days, or both, for each offense.
   (C)   Any person violating any of the provisions and restrictions of § 130.09 shall be guilty of committing a Class 2 misdemeanor and, upon conviction, shall be subject to a fine of not more than $1,000 or imprisonment of not more than 60 days.
