§ 130.11 LOUD AND UNNECESSARY NOISE PROHIBITED.

It shall be unlawful for any person to create, directly or indirectly, any loud, unreasonable, or unnecessary noise within the corporate limits of the town.

§ 130.12 INDECENT EXPOSURE PROHIBITED.

It shall be unlawful for any person to expose any of the private parts of his or her body in any public place or to make such exposure in any place where it can be seen by the public.
