§ 130.05 DUMPING GARBAGE ON PROPERTY OF ANOTHER.
   It shall be unlawful for any person or persons to dump garbage, cans, refuse, or any other type or kind of offensive material or matter on the property of another. This section shall be construed to include any person or persons causing or procuring another to do any of the acts prohibited by this section.
