It shall be unlawful for any person to discharge, fire, or shoot any gun, pistol, rifle, air gun, or other type firearm within the corporate limits of the town, except in case of necessity. This section shall be construed to include the causing, soliciting, or procuring of any other person to do such act or acts prohibited in this section.

(A) It shall be unlawful for any person to use any explosives or in any manner set off dynamite, fire crackers, fireworks of all kinds, rockets of all kinds, or any other explosive commonly referred to as “fireworks.” This section shall be construed to include any person or persons aiding, abetting, soliciting, or procuring any other person to do any of the acts prohibited by this section.
(B) It shall be unlawful for any person or persons, firm, or corporation to sell or cause to be sold or transported within the corporate limits of the town any of the articles listed and included in division (A) above, but shall not apply to interstate commerce unless the town is the final destination of such shipment.

It shall be unlawful for any person to interfere with, hinder, molest, oppose, or resist any police officer in the lawful discharge of his or her duty. This section shall be construed to include any person causing another person or persons to interfere with, hamper, molest, oppose, or resist any police office in the discharge of his or her official duties.

It shall be unlawful for any person to refuse, ignore, or in any way or manner fail to render aid and assistance to any police officer in the performance of his or her duty when called on to do so within the corporate limits of the town, providing that this section shall not apply to those persons who are physically handicapped by age or infirmity to such an extent that such aid or assistance would be an unreasonable demand on such person. This section shall be construed to include any person causing another to violate any of the provisions of this section.
