General Provisions and Definitions

   EDITOR'S NOTE: Ordinance 2021-16, passed June 15, 2021, adopted a Comprehensive Plan for the City. Copies of such ordinance, the Plan and all amendments thereof may be obtained, at cost, from the Manager.

1230.01 SHORT TITLE.

   These regulations shall be known and may be cited as the “Thoroughfare Plan of Pickerington, Ohio” or just the “Thoroughfare Plan, “ and are hereinafter referred to as these regulations.

1230.02 ADMINISTRATION.

   These regulations shall be administered by the Manager or the Engineer.

1230.03 SCOPE.

   These regulations shall be applicable within the incorporated areas of the Municipality and exist as recommendations for contiguous areas.
