Incorporated herein and as a part of the Comprehensive Plan by reference are the following:
(A) The standard requirements of the village relating to the size of streets, alleys, public ways, public parks, playgrounds, school sites, other public grounds, any ways for public service facilities as set forth in this Code generally and specifically including Chapters 150, 151, 154 and 157;
(B) The kind and quality of materials which shall be used in the construction of streets and alleys as set forth in this Code generally and specifically including Chapters 150 and 154;
(C) The kind and quality of materials for public service facilities as set forth in this Code generally; and
(D) The standards required for drainage and sanitary sewers and collection and treatment of sewage as set forth generally in the Code and specifically including Chapters 150, 151, 154, 157 and 158 of the Code of Peotone and also specifically including Chapters 51 and 52 of the Code of Peotone.
