Ordinances and resolutions shall be posted for a period of not less than fifteen days after approval or disapproval thereof. Immediately following the expiration thereof, the Clerk of Council shall certify as to such posting by recording on the ordinance or resolution the dates when and locations where such posting was done. Such certificate shall be prima-facie evidence that the copies were posted as required.
