(a) All dumpster enclosures in commercial and multifamily districts shall be completely surrounded by a solid masonry brick wall a minimum of six feet in height. Masonry brick is defined in Section 1181.04(b) of the Planning and Zoning Code.
(b) All dumpster enclosures shall have a gate, which shall be a single swinging gate and shall be made of one and one-quarter inch steel pipe. The gate shall have a covering, as approved by the Planning Commission, to screen the container area from public view.
