When the temporary or itinerant form of amusement has completed its performances and has departed from the City, the Director of Finance shall ascertain all costs incurred by the City as a result of the temporary or itinerant form of amusement appearing within the City. The Director shall then deduct from the deposit required under Section 707.02 the costs so incurred and shall then refund to the person who made the original deposit the balance of the deposit remaining.
