The Director of Public Safety is hereby authorized to hire, on an emergency basis, for supplemental grass and weed cutting and yard clean-up services such contractor or contractors as necessary to abate such nuisance, with said charge to be billed to the owner or occupant, as specified in Section 1707.10(d) of these Codified Ordinances.
