961.22   VETERANS MEMORIAL PARK; VETERANS MEMORIAL SPECIAL REVENUE FUND.
   (a)   (1)   John Petruska Park is hereby renamed Veterans Memorial Park.

      (2)   Diamond 2 at Veteran's Memorial Park is hereby renamed Ori Field.

   (b)   The Auditor is hereby authorized to create and maintain a Veterans Memorial Special Revenue Fund, which shall be designated as Fund No. 2305.
   Funds collected from donations, grant monies and other sources deposited into the Fund shall be for the construction of a Veterans Memorial at Veterans Memorial Park and other related expenditures.
   The Auditor is hereby directed to forward a certified copy of this section to the Auditor of State and to request approval of the creation of said Fund.

961.99   PENALTY.
   (a)   Whoever violates any of the provisions of this chapter for which no penalty is otherwise provided shall be fined not more than five hundred dollars ($500.00) or imprisoned not more than six months, or both. Each day's continued violation shall constitute a separate offense.

   (b)   Whoever violates Section 961.18(a) shall be fined not more than thirty dollars ($30.00) or imprisoned not more than thirty days, or both.
