(a) No person owning or operating any automobile tractor used for the hauling or towing of trailers whether used for living quarters or otherwise, auto homes, house cars, trailer homes, or other vehicles used for living quarters or human habitation shall park the same within the limits of the streets, highways or public places as established by the State, County or City, within the limits of the City or upon private property within the City. Nothing herein shall apply to an automobile tractor used for the hauling or towing of trailers, auto homes, house cars, trailer homes or other vehicles used for living quarters or human habitation parked upon streets, highways or public places temporarily by reason of mechanical breakdown or defect or other emergency making it impossible for the owner or operator to move or have the same moved. Nothing herein contained shall apply to any automobile tractor, auto home, house car, trailer home or other vehicle used for living quarters or human habitation, so as to prevent the parking of the same upon private property within the City when the owner or operator thereof in good faith is visiting friends, relatives or acquaintances within the City, or transacting business within the City, providing that during the time the automobile tractor, auto home, house car, trailer home or other vehicle used for living quarters or human habitation is so parked on private property the same shall not be used as living or sleeping quarters by the owner or operator thereof, or any other person or persons. Nothing herein contained shall prevent the parking of any automobile tractor, auto home, house car, trailer home or other vehicle used for living quarters or human habitation for not to more than one hour unless otherwise stated, to permit the owner, operator or occupant thereof to shop and purchase supplies or other commodities.

(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree and shall be subject to the penalty provided in Section 698.02. A separate offense shall be deemed committed each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.
(a) No person, the owner or operator of any automobile tractor, auto home, house car, trailer home or other vehicle used for living quarters or human habitation shall throw, place or deposit from same or cause to be thrown, placed or deposited from same upon the streets, highways or public places of the City, any garbage, rubbish, waste matter or material or any kind, nature or description whatsoever, or any human excreta.

(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree and shall be subject to the penalty provided in Section 698.02. A separate offense shall be deemed committed each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.
Any automobile tractor, auto home, house car, trailer home or other vehicle used for living quarters or human habitation parked contrary to the provisions of this chapter shall be deemed a menace to public health and a common nuisance and upon orders from the Health Officer may be removed by the Division of Police and such removal shall in no way affect or prevent the imposition of any other penalties provided in this chapter.
