(a) As used in this section:
(1) "Park facilities" include all land and buildings owned or controlled by the City and used for park or recreation purposes, including, but not limited to, all playgrounds, ball fields, hiking trails, swimming pools and park pavilions.
(2) "Public body" has the same meaning as in Ohio R.C. 121.22.
(3) "Registered sex offender" means any person who is required to register as required by Ohio R.C. Chapter 2950 as the same may be amended from time to time.
(b) No registered sex offender shall enter or remain upon any park facilities except, and only to the extent necessary, to attend meetings of public bodies.
(c) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree.
