(a) The Auditor is hereby authorized to create and maintain a "Nuisance Abatement Fund," which shall be designated as Fund No. 8707.
(b) Funds placed into the Nuisance Abatement Fund shall be used for expenditures associated with the demolition or rehabilitation of, or making necessary repairs to, properties that have been declared a public nuisance.
(c) The Auditor is hereby directed to forward a certified copy of this section to the Auditor of State to obtain approval of said Fund.
