§ 151.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person who shall violate any provision of this chapter for which no other penalty is provided shall, upon conviction thereof, be subject to penalties as provided in § 10.99 of this code.
   (B)   Any person, firm, or corporation violating any provision of §§ 151.01 et seq. of this code shall be deemed to be guilty of a misdemeanor, and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punished by a fine not to exceed $2,000. Each day of noncompliance shall constitute a separate offense punishable by the same fine.

   (C)   Any person, firm, company, partnership, corporation, or association violating any provision of § 151.20 of this code shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and, upon conviction thereof, shall be fined an amount of $1,000 for each violation; and each and every day that the provisions of those sections are violated shall constitute a separate and distinct offense.

   (D)   Any person, firm or corporation violating any of the provisions or terms of § 151.21 shall be subject to the same penalty as provided for in the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance of the city, as heretofore amended, and upon conviction shall be punished by a fine not to exceed the sum of $2,000 for each offense; and each and every day such violation shall continue shall be deemed to constitute a separate offense.

   (E)   Any person who shall violate any provisions of § 151.22 of this code shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punished by a fine not to exceed $1,000 for each day of violation.

   (F)   Any person violating any provisions of § 151.35 of this code shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and, upon conviction thereof, shall be fined in an amount not to exceed $200. Each and every 24-hour period in which a violation takes place shall constitute a separate offense.

   (G)   Any person, firm, or corporation violating any of the provisions of § 151.36 of this code shall be subject to the same penalty as provided for in this chapter, as heretofore amended, and upon conviction shall be punished by a fine not to exceed the sum of $2,000 for each offense; and each and every day the violation shall continue shall be deemed to constitute a separate offense.

   (H)   Any person, firm, company, partnership, corporation, or association violating any provision of § 151.37 of this code shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and, upon conviction thereof, shall be fined an amount of $1,000 for each violation; and each and every day that the provisions of that section are violated shall constitute a separate and distinct offense.
