The maximum building height of any antenna, tower, windmill, wind energy generator, structure, flagpole, or other object, whether constructed on site or otherwise, shall be 50 feet above ground level. Exceptions to this rule are limited to any state or federal laws which specifically exempt these structures from local height regulations, or any local, state, or federal regulations which require a maximum height of 50 feet or less.
