GENERAL PROVISIONS
§ 153.01 PLUMBING CODE ADOPTED.
   All plumbing installations in the city shall be governed by the State Plumbing Code, which is hereby adopted as fully as if it were set out in full herein. Three copies of the code hereby adopted shall be on file in the office of the City Clerk.

INSTALLATIONS; PERMITS; INSPECTIONS
§ 153.15 INSTALLATION; PERMIT REQUIRED.
   No plumbing shall be installed in any place in the city unless a permit therefor is obtained. Applications for these permits shall be made to the City Clerk and shall state thereon the name of the person or contractor intended to have charge of the installation.

§ 153.16 PERMIT FEES.
   The fee for a permit required by this subchapter shall be $20.

§ 153.17 INSPECTIONS.
   The Plumbing Inspector shall make or cause to be made those inspections as may be necessary to ensure compliance with the provisions of this subchapter.

§ 153.18 TEST OF FIXTURES.
   All plumbing fixtures installed shall be subjected to either the air or water test under the supervision of the Plumbing Inspector.
