§ 51.015  CONNECTION; PERMIT REQUIRED.
   No connections with the waterworks system shall be made without a permit issued by the City Clerk.  All these connections shall be made by the city forces under the supervision of the Water Commissioner.  Whenever any premises shall hereafter be connected with the waterworks system, a charge shall be made.
